We had the good fortune of meeting and collaborating with Terri Foster in the Spring of 2003 for the search for our first home, and by the Summer of 2003, we became new homeowners! Terri was a wealth of information for us – ‘the first time buyers’. She thoroughly explained in ‘real people language’ the various processes required to purchase a new house.
